Introduction

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions and billing work for Nexis, operated by VerixLab. It supplements our Terms of Use.

Nexis may offer free, trial, or paid plans. Billing features may roll out over time; the terms below apply when you are charged for a plan.

Free Plans and Trials

Free access may be offered without payment. We may change or discontinue free tiers with notice where required.

If a free trial is offered, trial length and what happens when it ends will be shown at signup or checkout.

Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to convert to a paid subscription.

Subscriptions and Renewal

Paid plans may renew automatically each billing period (for example, monthly or annually) unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Prices, taxes, and plan features are shown at checkout or in your account.

We may change prices for future periods with advance notice where required by law or your agreement.

Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

How to Cancel

You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

Cancellation stops future charges. It does not automatically delete your account or workspace data — see Data Retention and the Privacy Policy for deletion requests.

Refunds

Unless required by applicable law:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period once charged.

If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or cancellation not applied), contact us within 14 days of the charge at verixlabsai@gmail.com. We will review in good faith.

First-time paid subscription: If you are unsatisfied with your first paid period, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge. We may offer a one-time prorated or full refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension while the dispute is resolved.

Nothing in this policy limits refund rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your province or country.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may retry billing, restrict access, or suspend the account until payment is resolved.
